Wiremill Academy offers classes in Private Voice, Acting, and Dance, as well as group classes in Improv, Musical Theatre, and Acting. All classes run on a 12-week semester in both Fall and Winter/Spring
Fall and Spring Classes
Intro to Musical Theater
Grades 1st - 3rd
Thursdays: 4:00pm - 4:45pm
Tuition: $450.00
This class introduces students to the concept of acting, singing, and dancing all at the same time! Students are encouraged to explore their creativity through song and play. We begin each class with some warm up exercises for both the body and the voice where students learn the basics of good vocal technique. Students have a great time staging musical numbers and scenes, collaborating together to tell their stories.
Improv
Grades 4th - 6th
Tuesdays: 4:00 - 4:55

Improv classes encourage children to learn through play. Through theatre games and exercises, in this class they will begin to explore their imaginations and learn important life skills along the way like communication and teamwork. Improv builds confidence, teaches kids to think on their feet, and to SAY YES! The group will jump into scenes and scenarios that will help them problem solve, respect each others ideas, and to work together toward a common goal. Acting and Improv classes provide a perfect opportunity for children to exercise their creative juices, make new friends, and have fun while they are doing it! SAY YES!
